My name is Bryton; I'm an aspiring web developer and I’ve always loved graphic design and have started to appreciate UI UX design as I’ve gotten more into development. I feel like it’s often overlooked by developers but it’s also the part of a software that people will be interacting with the most - how easy it is to use and how understandable your layout is a very big deal. I know I personally have refused to use a website or an app solely because I felt like the interface was bad.

I feel like the making a good used interface isn’t as simple as using a good layout or even using a good theme for your interface. In order to really make something work well you have to be able to use layout effectively, understand how to design styles that fit the theme of your overall design, and know the limits and features of the scripting your interface depends on. Some elements are more important than others, but a truly well-thought-out interface takes all three approaches into account.
